Privacy Policy

Last updated: 6 November 2026

This policy explains what the United Armed Forces ("UAF", "we") Discord bot and this verification site collect, why, and what you can do about it. UAF is a Roblox military roleplay community. We are not affiliated with Roblox Corporation or Discord Inc.

What we collect

• From Roblox (when you press Connect with Roblox and approve): your Roblox user ID, username and display name. We do not receive your password, email or payment details.
• From Discord: your Discord user ID and username.
• Your link: which Roblox account belongs to which Discord account.
• Community records in UAF Discord servers: warnings, moderation actions (such as kicks, bans and blacklists), support ticket transcripts, and staff logs of server activity (for example joins, leaves, edited or deleted messages and voice channel joins).

Why we use it

• To verify that you own your Roblox account.
• To give you the correct roles, rank tags and nicknames in UAF Discord servers, based on your Roblox group ranks.
• To let UAF staff promote, accept and moderate members, and keep the community safe.

Where it is kept and for how long

• This verification site keeps the result of a Roblox approval for at most 10 minutes, only until our bot collects it.
• The bot stores your link and community records on its private server for as long as you are linked or the record is needed for moderation.
• Your Roblox group ranks are read from Roblox's public data when your roles are updated; we do not keep a history of them.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. Your Roblox username, rank and roles are visible to other members of UAF Discord servers, as with any Discord server. Moderation records are visible only to UAF staff. We only send data to Roblox and Discord as needed for the bot to work.

Your choices

• Switch to a different Roblox account at any time with /verify. To have your account unlinked, open a support ticket in the main UAF Discord server.
• You can also remove this app's access in your Roblox account settings, under Security / third-party app permissions.
• To ask for your data to be deleted, open a support ticket in the main UAF Discord server.

Children

Roblox and Discord have their own age requirements; you must meet them to use this service. We only collect the limited information described above.
